At Shock Surplus, we want to ensure your vehicle is equipped with the perfect suspension setup, which is why we offer a 30-day return window for all new, uninstalled products in their original packaging. Whether you ordered the wrong fitment or changed your mind, our team is here to streamline your exchange or refund process.
Return Process
- 1.Request an RMA
Log into your account or use our guest portal to submit a Return Merchandise Authorization request within 30 days of delivery.
- 2.Pack Your Items
Securely place the uninstalled shocks or struts in their original manufacturer boxes, ensuring all hardware and instructions are included.
- 3.Ship the Package
Affix your provided return shipping label to the outside of the box and drop it off at the designated carrier location.
- 4.Inspection and Refund
Once our warehouse team verifies the components are in resalable condition, we will issue a refund to your original payment method minus applicable restocking fees.
